"I have been a ed of this website for many years. Every time I need to withdraw money, I am asked to provide proof to my identity. For security reasons, I am happy to provide personal information, including driver's license, bank card, and utility bill. After that, I waited for three weeks. During this period, I ed customer service and sent emails many times, but did not receive any response. I felt that they had defrauded my personal information and disappeared. It took a long time to find a customer service representative to chat in live chat. Seeing that my withdrawal was being verified, they could not help much and could only wait. I know you have a lot of paperwork to do, but waiting three weeks to receive my funds is too long, isn't it? I'm not trying to complain, I just want to know when my withdrawal will be processed. It took more than 20 days to finally withdraw the money. Also, I'd like to know if anyone works in customer service. It appears that the email is for viewing only.
