Recently had my drivers license suspended for an OWI.. Their verification website insisted on access to my camara to take a photo of my drivers license, which i did not have. However i did have sll the required photos and docs on file. I explained this in an email a couple differant times. Was told if i had photos that would work. However i was told i needed a desk top comp to them which i also did not have. I sent copies of all they asked for and required and requesting they could forward them to where they needed to go.And it states in their T&C that copies and files were acceptable. All i could get in replies was how may we help you. Ended up having to explain my circumstances several times and sent the docs to them twice thinking eventually someone would do what needed done and help.They were no help at all.
