Played the free spins as I was offered through email. Won $100. Went to withdraw my winnings and received error code. I looked up the rules to winnings and it appears I lost them even if I do deposit funds. I gave them banking banking info. Reading the prior reviews I will be watching my bank for any unauthorized transactions. So disappointed.

I was hoping to give paradise 8 casino a good review but they simply made that impossible if I were to give an honest and accurate review. First off let me start with what I liked about the casino. 1) The platform was good, making it easy to find what you were looking for. 2) I liked the big selection of games. 3) I liked the free chips they offer weekly making it possible for you to try games out before laying down your own cash. Unfortunately the negatives I'm about to list out weigh the positives by far, and here are the most defining. 1) The customer service is by far the worst I've ever encountered! I deposited and won $150 on March the 3rd this year and put in for a withdraw , being a first time withdrawer it's standard procedure to get verified with a state license or ID with proof of residence, but they go a step further and when they asked me to fill out a form giving them authority of purchases with my debit card used for my coin purchase whether it be online or by phone instantly threw up a red flag! After googling it I found that some casinos require this documentation, so I went along with it. Btw.when I would send an email I would get one back after 3,4 days. Finally they sent me an email thanking me for the acquired documentation saying it was approved and my would be updated accordingly. I received that email on the 18th. It took them 15 days to me and I haven't received a red cent from them yet and it is now the 22nd of March! Since the middle of the month I have been sending emails daily asking when I would receive my winnings only to hear crickets,and the live chat is anything but live it's non existent now! The only thing that I'm expecting from this casino is to have charges on my debit card from them suddenly that I've never made because of the form I stupidly filled out giving them permission for unauthorized purchases. I would give this casino 0 stars if I could.But you do not have that option.So I have to give it a one. This review is one hundred percent True and accurate And if I ever get my money from them I will give an update to this review but until then it's gonna stay exactly as it is. Therefore please do not put your Hard earn money into this casino!

Stay away from this site they have robbed me blind I won £751 and they said I can not withdraw and any money I put in will be deducted from my winnings. They will steal your money and the chat behave it's someone sitting at home waiting for your bank details stay clear of this site dodgy.

This platform thru up an error message when I hit a x200 spin. Screenshotted the spin and sent it in 3 times its been asked for. They are doing nothing about it. Play elsewhere stay away. I'm attaching the spin if I know how.
