Still scamming horrible casino!

I’m leaving this review to warn others about my experience. I deposited money and followed all the , but when it came time to withdraw my winnings, the casino made it nearly impossible. They kept delaying the process with vague excuses, demanded excessive verification documents, and eventually stopped responding altogether. After weeks of back-and-forth, it became clear that this casino had no intention of paying out. I’ve reported the issue to relevant authorities, but I strongly advise others to stay away from this platform. It operates in bad faith and seems designed to take your money without any ability. There are plenty of reputable casinos out there — this one is not one of them. Avoid at all costs.

Unsure how I feel about this casino, on the fence due to some withdrawals work but I found if you try to withdraw over 600 they make you jump through hoops. I have been waiting on a withdrawal now for over two weeks all the live chat techs said they were investigating but turns out they had to take it to their payment processor techs and when they email me they are using the wrong name never mentioning my name. I will let you all know if I end up getting the funds but they seem to be a bit dodgy with no one offering anything for patients and the whole stuff around as for the first week of me asking all the online techs kept saying it would be in my that day and the same thing the next day till I finally got someone to listen to what I was saying. I play regularly and was given a $150 cashvack bonus. I played this bonus and for most of the day played the game. I initially withdraw $6000 from my winnings. This withdrawal sat pending for over 10 hours. I got my winnings up to $90,000. After the 10 hours I emailed to ask why still pending, the response I then received was that my withdrawal failed as the "bonus" rules state no winnings above $1,500 from bonuses. My balance went from $90,000 to $1,500. I was let play all day and had a withdrawal pending and never ed to say any of this would be confiscated. I thought I had won life changing money as had played for 12 hours with no extremely dissatisfied and wouldn't recommend this site. Why give bonus money if you don't pay out on it. I will be taking further action against this site and company. I also took screenshots of my bonuses throughout the whole day.
